Assessment Process
Be able to carry out your own diagnosis and conduct your roadmap. A process in 4 steps, including a first part of autonomous diagnosis, leading to a final label recognised by all OEMs.
Joining Aero Excellence, means self-diagnosing your level of maturity, being part of a continuous improvement process through a network of referenced evaluators covering all territories, and being recognized through three levels:
Bronze
Silver
Gold
